Processing of personal data

Under the art.10 of the law n.675/1996 Intec ("Company") informs you, as an interested person ("User"), that your personal data ("Data") will be used as follows:

1. PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING

Collecting and processing of the Data by the Company or by other companies of the Intec group is made for the sole purposes of:
- marketing and advertisement;
- sending of the informational and promotional material;
- statistical analisys for the marketing purposes;
- customer satisfaction surveys;
- invitations to informative and promotional events;

2. METHODS OF PROCESSING - ENTRUSTED PERSONS

The processing of the Data for the afore-mentioned purposes will be made both by means of the automated and non automated methods with the respect to the standards of confidentiality and security stated by the law.
The Data can be processed, on behalf of the Company, by its employees, professionals or companies hired by the Company to perform specific processing services or activities complementary to those of the Company, or necessary for performing the operations and services provided by the Company.

3. DATA CONFERMENT

The conferment of the Data is absolutely optional. An eventional refusal to provide the Data or respond to the telephone interviews does not have any effects saving the impossibility of using the services offered by the Company.

4. DATA COMMUNICATION

Concidering the usage of means of communication such as internet or correspondence, the Data can be transmitted abroad, including the non EU states and to the following subjects:
- the Company's employees;
- companies or other subjects performing outsourcing activities on behalf of the Company;
- other companies, including foreign ones, belonging to the Intec group.

5. USER'S RIGHTS

The art. 13 of the law 675/1996 grants you the following rights:
- to access the records of the Company;
- to obtain the information about the Data concerning you;
- to obtain the cancellation or blocking, as well as updating, rectification or integration, and the certification that the mentioned operations were brought to the attention of those to whom the Data were communicated;
- to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of the Data;

6. OWNER AND MANAGER OF THE DATA PROCESSING

The owner of the Data is Intec s.r.l., Via Stella, 4 - 35031 Abano Terme (PD) Italy. The manager of the Data processing is the User Registration Office at the afore-mentioned address.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Intec s.r.l. holds the obligation to protect the privacy of its users and to develop the tecnologies to ensure the safe and effective ways of its site exploration.

How we use the personal data: Intec does not sell, does not grant lease, nor transfers its users lists to a third party.

UNDERAGE USERS

No information can be sent to Intec s.r.l. by the persons under the age of 18 years without the consent of the parents or their representatives, nor the persons under the age of 18 years old can purchase or contract legal acts on this site without the afore-mentioned consent, unless this is allowed by the current regulations.

The web site www.intec.cc could be enriched with new services and functionalities as a part of an ongoing development process aiming to meet the users needs.
In case that such changes may have effects on the privacy policy, this privacy statement will be properly updated. Therefore, the users should review this privacy statement periodically.
